Moses Nabbala Mumpembe is a Professional Civil Engineer with a proven track record gained over 30 years work experience in Civil Engineering and Building Infrastructure Development Projects. Moses Nabbala Mumpembe has been actively involved and delivered several infrastructure projects, starting with concept design, tender assistance, feasibility studies, Detailed Engineering Design, construction supervision/management, project monitoring and post construction evaluation.
