Operations Manager
Manager over Greenville, SC, Asheville, NC and Atlanta, GA. Responsible for Commercial, Small Business, Residential and New Construction Projects.
• Oversee three branches for a total of 20+ field technicians responsible for hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and one-on-one’s. Blended Business of Commercial, Residential and Small Business clients throughout the Regions.
• Responsible for delivering professional, timely and profitable installations for “Core Commercial” Business from 10,000SF to 20,000+/-SF working with Intrusion, IP/Network Video, Analog CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and other Specialty Low Voltage Solutions.
