Diploma

Delsea Regional High School - Franklinville, NJ

1995-06

At the time spent with Ikea Distribution I was able to attend a one month class that was called the Smart Mentor program. The purpose of the class was to train new employees on how to complete the task that was assigned to them on a daily basis. Also I attended a one week class in Seattle Washington that was called the IVES training program. This program consisted of training new employees on how to operate and certify employees on power equipment such as Forklifts,

Reach trucks, electric pallet Jacks and also Turret trucks. Coworkers would have to read that specific book on the piece of equipment that they needed to be certified on and take a written test to make sure they understood the safety standards for that

equipment being used.
