Since 2008 progressed within Valeo Thermal Systems via roles of warranty/quality engineer, customer lead warranty engineer and current position of product technical leader. Product Technical Leader for TCP (Compressors) 12/2014 - present

· Responsible for engineering, testing, designing, system integration, customer interface and launching in production multiple variable and fixed A/C compressor programs.

· Key customer interface for all technical issues.

· Develop, plan and execute DVP&Rs for all changes (i.e., P0 projects and P1/P10 projects).

· Key R&D support for resourcing new suppliers (risk level documents, laying out requirements, drawing updates, technical approval).

· Essential partner when collaborating with suppliers; familiar with a handful of relevant processes (e.g., castings) to "speak their language" and recommend viable solutions in the event that inconsistencies arise in pre-production, production, and post- production stages.
