Recently completed 35 story mixed use luxury hotel/residential tower in Midtown NYC at Bryant Park as Owner’s Representative/Project Management.
Spearheaded recent complex initiatives to complete two major hotel projects in NYC for international hotel corporation.
One was a major restoration/renovation of a historic flagship hotel/mixed use ($250M+) and the other was a new urban wellness hotel prototype ($70M).

Developed and instituted new corporate design, project management and construction standards.

oMeticulously integrated new, complex high end Alpine-base ski lodge, 5 star luxury hotel and new 1/4-mile transfer gondola between two mountains, Mt. Mansfield (tallest mountain in Vermont) and Spruce Peak.
oManaged construction and value engineering for all related site development and infrastructure.
oPerformed decommissioning, demolition and/or relocation of selected existing facilities.
