Managing Principal - RUNNYMEDE GROUP, LLC Boston, MA and New York City 2013 – present

Recently completed 35 story mixed use luxury hotel/residential tower in Midtown NYC at Bryant Park as Owner’s Representative/Project Management.

Spearheaded recent complex initiatives to complete two major hotel projects in NYC for international hotel corporation.

One was a major restoration/renovation of a historic flagship hotel/mixed use ($250M+) and the other was a new urban wellness hotel prototype ($70M).

Served as consulting firm principal, with sharp focus on planning, design and project/construction management.

Act on behalf of owners to ensure integrity and quality of project execution, analyze risk and cash flow, draw process.

Support clients to help them successfully direct all moving parts of complex, long-range, multi-phased building and real estate development projects, both in private and public arenas.

Provide superior business development and operations consulting to A/E, CM/GC, FM and RE Development firms.

Director of Project Management - MASTERWORKS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION New York, NY 2007 – 2013

Acted as expansive arm of an international private boutique hotel real estate development and hospitality firm.

Oversaw complete design and construction management for hospitality/mixed use projects, ensuring timeline/quality commitments. Full ground up build outs and large scale renovations in major cities. Extensive hi-rise exterior restorations.

Developed and instituted new corporate design, project management and construction standards.

Managed facilities / renovation, OPEX, CAPEX and special projects for 3M+ square feet for 19 hotels in nine cities throughout the United States and Europe. Quarterly (US) / semi-annual (Europe) inspection of all properties.

Responsible for EH+S, sustainability, utilities, energy management, preventive maintenance, security and emergency preparedness / crisis management across the portfolio.

Consultant to major ski resort $400M multi-phased development project - One Spruce Peak at Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont:

oWorked for international development company American International Group (“AIG”) / GRE.

oMeticulously integrated new, complex high end Alpine-base ski lodge, 5 star luxury hotel and new 1/4-mile transfer gondola between two mountains, Mt. Mansfield (tallest mountain in Vermont) and Spruce Peak.

oManaged construction and value engineering for all related site development and infrastructure.

oPerformed decommissioning, demolition and/or relocation of selected existing facilities.

oManaged project around stringent environmental conditions / regulations, adverse weather and site conditions.

Leggat McCall Properties LLC is a Boston-based, privately held real estate development, advisory and investment firm. Worked in concert with Project Management Group, providing outsourced development project management for corporations, institutions and real estate investors.

oBoston-based international digital media marketing services firm. Completed two major projects.

140,000 GSF renovation of loft-style, mid-rise building into state-of-the-art NYC corporate offices with extensive exposed mechanical, networking and telecom systems.

Comprehensive management of design and construction of organization’s Miami / South America regional corporate office at penthouse in an iconic high rise in the downtown Miami skyline.

Worked with head of Leggatt McCall Properties Development Group to write proposal for a fully-documented $175M four-year redevelopment of 1M+ square feet of office, retail and theater space (two city blocks) and a new 450k GSF biotechnology life sciences research institute building (one full city block).
