Developed the Enterprise Governance and Program Management Centers of Excellence, resulting in the creation of a clear, executable automated program delivery Agile methodology model that effectively resulted in enterprise-wide reductions in program delivery costs, along with a more effective project-to-project utilization of internal IT and Business team resources.
I developed and lead the EPMO \ IT Governance function, commencing with an internal audit against active programs to ensure effective PMO Programs Reporting capabilities were in place, (PPM), as well as ensure financial alignment and reporting capabilities existed with tangible traceability to CIO – CEO organizational goals, objectives, and directives.
As an Executive Governance-EPMO Consultant, I served in the capacity of the acting Chief Governance Officer.
