Project Manager/ Johnson Construction Services
Renovated SL Stanton and Connally Elementary Schools for Atlanta Public Schools. These were two older schools that were completely renovated inside and outside. SL Stanton was built in 1924. Parts of the original construction were left in place. The interior ceilings, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were all removed and replaced at both projects. These projects ranged from $15 Million – $17 Million respectively. 2021 – 2023
Project Manager/ Occupied Renovations, Norcross, Ga. Renovated occupied office buildings, retail stores, condo and apartment buildings common areas and assisted living buildings. All of the renovations included interior painting, new carpet installation, changing door hardware and light fixtures. Work also included demolition and relocation of existing walls. All work was completed while the spaces were tenant occupied. 2018 - 2021
Resident Engineer/ Full Circle Communications Inc., Atlanta, Ga. Inspections and project oversight for a combination of water, wastewater, and utility relocation projects, which included streetscape, roadway, and bridge projects as well as replacement/upgrades of water and wastewater facilities, medium to large diameter sewers and water transmission lines, water and wastewater pumping and storage facilities and GDOT/IGA Utility Relocation Projects.
2016- 2017
Project Manager/Superintendant Rycars Construction, College Park, Ga. As project manager I was responsible for planning and overseeing federal and local government roofing contracts, from the initial start through to completion. I over saw the removal and replacement of the roofs of Concourse C and Concourse D at the Atlanta Airport. Rycars also did interior renovations of office and retail spaces including demolition and build back. 2007-2016
Sr. Project Manager/Parsons Corporation, Atlanta, Ga. My primary responsibility as the Project Manager (PM) was to manage, execute and complete jobs to highest standards of customer service for Fulton County Schools and DeKalb County School Systems. Projects ranged from 700,000 to 15,000,000. I coordinated construction activities between Principals and contractors. Reviewed proposals created by the Projects & Estimation department for accuracy, follow and communicate any necessary changes regarding the materials and/or change orders. Coordinate with contractors and at job sites on progress and key dates to ensure the timelines are up to date, kept accurate records on correspondence, back charges, change orders, extra work orders and daily logs as well as attend meetings with the general contractors/clients.

Project Manager / Dekalb County Board of Education, TSPLOST Program, Atlanta, Ga. Supervised the construction of two new schools 1.8 M to 15 M, from the issuing of the NTP to the completion. Review proposals created by the Project & Estimating departments for accuracy, follow and communicate any necessary changes regarding the materials and/or change orders. Owner / Irons Construction Services Inc., Fayetteville, Ga. I provide general and sub-contracting services for various projects to Fulton County Board of Education, West End Mall, Gladys Knight Chicken and Waffles, MARTA, Atlanta Public Schools, Beers, Metric Constructors, Payless Shoes, BellSouth, City of Atlanta, Aviation Constructors and ABCO Builders in addition to providing site surveys, securing, and paying for easements. All work was self performed by my on forces. We self performed demolition, drywall, acoustical ceilings and painting. I removed the drywall and built safety enclosures around the escalators that were being replaced on Concourse B, Concourse E, and the main escalator to baggage claim. Our projects ranged from $10,000 - $330,000. 1988 – 1990

Project Manager / H.J. Russell Construction Company, Atlanta, Ga. Served as Project Manager on the joint venture project with Beers and Russell for construction of Carter Presidential Library, a $25M project. Responsible for coordinating sub-contractors, procuring materials, cost analysis, and scheduling, ensuring efficient and timely job progress. 1979 – 1984
Hensel Phelps Construction, Greeley, Colorado
Served as the office engineer on a army tank maintenance facility at Ft. Carson, CO. This project had over one million square feet on pavement and one hundred thousand square feet of building. I over saw the paving portion of the project, reviewed the pay request and submittals received from the subcontractors. I was the onsite concrete and materials tester. After that project was complete, I was transferred to Atlanta, GA to start working on the MARTA Projects. While working in Atlanta, I was the Office Engineer for the Eastlake, Oakland City and West End MARTA Stations. I was responsible for submitting the monthly pay request, reviewing and processing submittals to MARTA. I was also responsible for the RFI Log. I coordinated the bi-weekly progress meetings,
