Small family owned shop that needed a lot of work. Managed multiple different people at different times and was responsible for training and general instruction of the sales associates at the store. Lots of customer service work, the store was regularly packed during the summer months and we moved through product quickly. Keeping track of the inventory and re-ordering products was my responsibility. I was also incharge of the staff scheduling, had to work with the personal schedules of other employees, and local events that had the potential to affect customer traffic. General problem solving, fixing random delivery and payment issues as they came up and was often dealing with multiple different problems at once while also taking care of customers and giving direction to employees. Communication with the employees that I was in charge of and with my superiors, relaying information to the right people, in the right format and in a timely manner consistently. Taking and applying direction from the business owner and working around obstacles as they came up. Organized, managed and participated in general store upkeep and cleanliness.

EDUCATION

Cabot High School, Cabot Arkansas -Graduated

Regularly got good grades in school and got along well with other students and teachers. Had a job tutoring a third grader in my junior year of high school, and helped her go over what she had done in class and complete her homework. I was also on the school newspaper, and enjoyed working with my classmates to conduct interviews, do research, and write articles about local and student news. Participated in community activities with family and friends regularly. I often spent weekends babysitting for people in the community.
