I am an a 3rd shift industrial electrician, my schedule consist of 12 days in a row 2 days off the repeat. there have been times where i have worked 26 days in a row filling in for others on my 2 days off. conduit bending, control wiring, ladder logic and print reading, troubleshooting, loto, drilling tapping mounting equipment properly, mig and stick welding. these are just some of the basic everyday skills. I am responsible for any electrical projects or electrical problems that happen on or carried over into my shift with machinery or the building.
