I have done a tremendous amount of residential design, sales and space planning for homeowners and Developers building high end and spec homes. After blueprints are drawn up by architects, I design Kitchens, Baths and many other design aspects that were implemented into each home to make their dream home happen. In California, on December 4th, 2017 the Thomas fire happened and to date, I have worked to rebuild, design and finish several new homes.

Worked in the Securities Industry in Management, customer service, sales support, etc. for some of the largest brokerage firms on Wall Street.

Project Manager. Proficient in 2020 (CAD based program), CRM, Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Supervisor/Management, A/R, A/P, running all aspects of a business. Previously worked with a private money lender assisting to manage his business investment properties both new construction and remodeling. Extremely detail oriented, organized and a Self-Starter with a strong sales and close rate.
