By being a Senior Civil Engineer, Senior Retired Civil Servant (Government Officer), and Senior Lawyer, am well equipped with multi-dimensional capabilities. My brief introduction is that I am a B.Sc. Civil Engineer (from U.E.T. Lahore qualified in the year 1991) having more than 26 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and the Public Sector, I was Superintending Engineer (B-19) Local Government & Rural Development Department (AJ&K) Muzaffarabad, but I took early retirement after completing more than 26 years of qualifying Civil Service by my choosing due to unjust environments. I even remained posted as Director General Local Government & Rural Development Department AJ&K thrice for short intervals. I also accomplished my degree of LLB (Law) in the year 2014 with distinction from AJ&K. I am an Expert in Techno-legal matters (Preparation of Claims and counterclaims, Disputes in Engineering Projects, Arbitration, Disputes among JV Partners, etc.) and contracts. Civil 2

By Being a Senior Civil Engineer, Retired Senior Government Officer, and Advocate High Court, after having early retirement I made my own law firm practically in July 2017 but I started contesting my own cases since 2010 directly and indirectly before almost all Courts of Law and even I have my reported cases of Honorable Supreme Court of AJ&K as 2014SCR676 and 3
High Court 2015SCR1505, even at present I am mostly contesting Engineering related cases along with other cases too, and almost won a maximum of my cases, thus I am dealing with the profession of Engineering litigation like Techno- Legal matters which includes Contracts, Claims & Counter Claims, ADR, Arbitration, Disputes between the Employer and the Contractor and even among parties cases of Joint Venture (JV), mainly dealing with Contract Laws, FIDIC, PPRA, PEC Laws, the Arbitration Act 1940, Civil and Non-Civil Service matters, inquiries, reply to inquiries, representations, review appeals before Authorities and Courts as well. Also constitutional matters, family matters, property related issues, corporate matters, and the rest all kinds of cases in Civil and Criminal.

Took early retirement by completing more than 25 years of Civil Service as mandatory for retirement with full benefits, all because of unjust environments and without any cogent reason deprivation from placement and promotion to Grade B-20 which was due since September 2009 and for so sure from June 2011 by being senior most officer of Department, thus after availing Special Leaves to wait for to seek my over due right of promotion I ultimately took early retirement, but till then I kept contesting cases which I actually started directly and indirectly since about 2010 in personal capacity. Executive Engineer: Performed as Executive Engineer (B-18) in Local Government & Rural Development Department (AJ&K) and got promoted on 12-04-2001 and remained till 04-09-2006 when I got further promoted to Superintending Engineer (B-19) on 05-09-2006, thus managed infrastructure development in almost all the Urban and Rural sectors of AJ&K.
Executive Engineer: Performed as Executive Engineer (B-18) in World Food Program (U.N. aided), as in charge for all regions in the AJ&K with Local Government & Rural Development Department AJ&K.
