Wingstop - Kyle, TX

December 2021 to October 2022

What did at wingstop was made ranch, and blue cheese, how you do it is with the ranch you get a big

bowl pour 2 half gallons of milk 1 gallon of mayonnaise and get your whisk and misk it together, and

after that, you get three packets of ranch, open it and pour it into the bowl and then you stir and that’s

how we made out ranch at wingstop, now how we did the blue cheese is we got a big bowl got 2 half

gallons of milk pour it into the bowl, 1 one gallon of mayonnaise into the bowl then we mix, then we

get our blue cheese and mix and our soy sauce, and 2 other packets, forgot what they were called but

that’s how we made our blue cheese then we mix, then we cup and cap the ranch and stack, and put it

in the walk in refrigerator, and ranch on it, and when it expires, and with blue cheese we do the same

but for the cap we write the letter B then cap them before we refrigerate them, and when we are done

with ranch and blue cheese, we will cut celery but no worries, we wrinse be for cut the celery, we either

cut 1 or 2 buckets of celery then after that we jump on the carrots peel them, and either cut 1 bucket

or two buckets then, after that, we clean our area, take out the trash, sweep out area, and clean out the

grease trap, do dishes, and put the dishes away.
