Regional Property Manager
● I spent the last 15+ years working in the Hotel and Property Management Industry.
● I started in the hotel industry in the hotel sales department, later going into operations, becoming a General Manager.
● I started in property management as a Leasing Consultant, quickly becoming the Property Manager, then later promoted to Regional Manager.
●Regional Manager Responsibilities include directing, monitoring, and leading the entire onsite teams of all properties in the assigned portfolio. This includes managing all aspects of the property's operation, including revenue, expense management, profit & other financial goals while consistently providing guests, residents, vendors, and employees with the highest quality of service and support. I work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the maintenance teams to ensure maintenance issues are taken care of in adequate time in the resident’s apartments, and all maintenance issues on site, including capitol items. I also oversaw several new construction projects and remodel’s, working directly with construction crews, sub-contractors, etc. In addition to operations & business administration, I am responsible for the sales & marketing of each asset. This includes creating and implementing new marketing ideas, plans and systems, along with community & public relations, and social media. Choice Hotels General Manager

● I perform all administrative & clerical duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, entering all customer and data entry information into Quick books. Utilize Quick books for accounts payable & receivables, monthly invoicing, payroll and more. Handle human resources for the company. Provide excellent customer service. Timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Responsible for collection calls and processing collections. Prepare proposals/bids. Vendor paperwork. Register customer’s equipment online. Handle and process all warranty claims and paperwork. Work directly with manufacturer handling warranty and customer issues. I work directly with the owners in whatever capacity is needed at any given time.
● Sunnyside Properties Property Manager (also owned by Tillman’s HVAC) I manage all the rental properties (21 total). I handle all the leasing, including processing all rental applications and leases. Collect rent, file evictions, and conduct inspections. I handle all the organizing of the turn units with staff and vendors, maintenance requests, and any resident issues.
Broder & Sachse Property Manager
● I was a Residential Property Manager for Broder & Sachse. As the property manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations & management of the property. This includes all administrative work, leasing, marketing of the property, resident relations, collections, revenue, expense management, and financial goals.
