Undergone 6 months training in STEEL PLANT Visakhapatnam.

Undergone 6 months training in HINDUSTAN SHIPYARD Visakhapatnam. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

To take care of the maintenance & repair activities of Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes

(RTGC), Rail Mounted Quay Crane (RMQC), Spreaders.

Maintaining and repairing of hydraulic actuators, cylinders checking and testing of the hydraulic equipment.

Carried out Non Destructive test (Magnetic Particle test & Die Penetration Test) on Twistlocks and did Annual structural inspection to spreader.

Inspected and rejected twistlocks and related material.

Has handful of experience in handling assembly of total twistlock, chain adjustments, and breakdown rectifications with immediate action and worked in trigger breakdowns under pressure.

Service, Repair & troubleshooting of equipment brakes, gears.

Service, Inspection, Rejection & Replacement of Wire ropes.

To attend breakdowns, rectification & root cause finding of repeated problems.

Job allocation, Critical Parts list & Inventory, Work Order, Work permits & SOP Documentation, Coordinate with purchase & stores for parts & vendor selection.

Conducted failure analysis of mechanical failure as well as unexpected maintenance problems and operational problems related to equipment.

Recorded and interpreted essential workshop data such as equipment utilization, stock (spare parts) records, repair frequencies and information necessary for budgetary and cost control.

Provided training to the technical specialists and operators on the equipment’s maintenance. SUMMERY:
