- Responsible for all declarations and letters at the port (letter to customs brokers, requests for entry and exit permits addressed to the Seaports Committee or the Customs SecurityDepartment).
- Schedule appointments for patients.

- Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into ECW (address, telephone number, name of insurance or self-pay status).
