Install Sales Coordinator Lowe's Home Improvement Laurel, Ms.
I was a lumber cashier for 3 years that provided excellent customer service. I moved up to being a Proservice associate where I reviewed files on the computer to ensure what orders were sold. I also followed up on all quotes within 24 hours. I also opened business accounts that required credit approval and also evaluating appropriateness of commercial accounts. From there I moved on to be a customer service associate on the sales floor in the hardware department. I changed locks for customers and provided excellent customer service by being knowledgeable on products and answering any and all questions by taking them to areas of the store and walking them through projects when necessary. I also cut glass for customers and ensured good housekeeping standards were in place. I have been the install sales coordinator for 3 years now and I am currently in that role. I coordinate between the sales specialist and the installers and I also make sure all communication is done properly from the sales people here at the store to installers and customers. This job requires me to be in all areas of the store to make sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Being in this position also requires me to train others on install projects as well.
