Project Experiences Project 1:
HYH was once the largest medical device business unit of Kimberly-Clark. Assisted HYH China to become an independent medical device company after its spin-off from Kimberly- Clark China and our planning was relocated from 14F to 10F
• Time: 2015
• Assisted HYH China in becoming an independent company after splitting from the parent company KCC (Kimberly-Clark China).
• Played a key role in ensuring business continuity and smooth IT system transition during the separation.
• Responsibilities:
1. we purchased 37 new laptops to HYH China employees who was from KC china. 2. I need to copy all data from their old KC china's laptop to their new HYH laptop. I copied the data from KCC server to HYH new server as well
3. HYH HQ IT sent me core equipment such as cisco routers, switches, cisco wave, Avaya call manager, cisco firewall ASA, cisco APs,UPS, HP servers and HP tape recorder machine. I put them on rack and global IT remote configured those equipment via my laptop. 4. Office renovation and Network Cabling with vendors. 5. I had meeting with all department managers to discussed network switching time from 14F to 10F 6. Helped all users to Pack and move to new office with IT vendor 7. Successfully completed the project within the stipulated time. Project 2: Merging HYH with OMI • Time: 2018
• The second one is that HYH company was acquired by OMI in 2018. OMI has a branch in Shanghai called Mira Medsource, and they are also an independent company in Shanghai. At that time, in order to save costs, we needed Mira Medscource to physically move to our OMI China office, so we completed the merger of the two offices in 2020. The biggest challenge of this project is that Mira Medscource has its own independent network environment, but their employees also need to use OMI IP land phone, so markings must be completed on the network cabling, and OMI and Mira colleagues all sit mixed, instead of Divided into 2 areas.
Project 3: Network Integration of Mira Medsource with OMI China Office Time: Feb 2021
• Project Description:
• Due to Mira's poor network ring defense, it was infected with a ransomware virus in February 2021. It had happened twice before, and this is the third time. At that time, Mira's network was disconnected first, and then I reported this problem to the headquarter's IT and my direct manager. Later, the project was to migrate the Mira network to OMI's network. The biggest challenge was that they used the Navision system. We purchased a new server to install the Navision system, and then with the IT assistance of Global IT and Navision vendor, we conducted one-to-one testing with each employee who needed to use the Navision system. We took around half a year to finally integrate all the network resources of the MIRA team into the OMI network environment, so that there is OMI global network monitoring. At the meanwhile we also purchase new laptops for Mira all employees which laptops meets OMI standards. we created OMI AD accounts for all Mira employees as well. Project 4: Relocated from 10F to 23F

• Project Description:
Our project was about to move our office from 10th floor to the 23rd floor in the same building and start deployment in August 2021. I am responsible for all IT project planning, such as meeting with suppliers, project budget and tasks, network cabling, relocation of air conditioners and cabinets in computer rooms, rapid network cutting, Cisco AP point settings, camera monitoring systems, and close contact with global IT. The entire floor relocation project was carried out smoothly within the specified time limit from August to December. I am very grateful to OMI China for giving me the opportunity to grow. Education
