Project 2: NCM-FV is a Nuisance Call Management application for future voice technologies. Application will allow

customer to manage their incoming calls and divert calls that they consider as “Nuisance Calls” to a Junk mailbox that is separate to their normal voicemail. Nuisance Call Management is a service that lets customers block “nuisance calls” before they reach their phone.
