COMMUNICATION

I have always and will always be very big on communication. I feel like if we talked more about our projects and bounced ideas off one another that it would cut down on wasted materials and production would go up. In the end its all of our names on the job and whether it is profitable or not.

LEADERSHIP

I am kind of a lead by example kind of guy. I still like getting in the ditch with the guys and get dirty when I have time to. I don’t have clean tools and brand new drills. I work just as hard as the green guy on the job.
