To support and lead quality control and assurance initiatives within the company which includes ensuring all managers, process owners and supervisors develop, maintain and comply with their part of the integrated management system. Promote and highlight the benefits of good quality management to our employees, clients, partners and all other stakeholders.

Key responsibiities and duties:

o Review and ensure effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan within the project. o Review and Issue approvals of Shop-drawings, As-built Drawings, Proposals and Technical Data’s submitted by the contractor.

o Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

o Inspect the activity on site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan in accordance with the issued specifications.

o Review and Approved method statements for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

o Deliver quality inductions; ensure that project team has received appropriate quality training and understand the quality requirements.

o Review and provide quantities to certify percentages of items for progress payment of the contractor.

o Undertake relevant research in developing, modifying, testing and evaluating materials in accordance with standard test procedures.

o Review and Approve Contractor’s Prequalification, Material and Technical Submittals o Control, monitor and distribute all related project and quality documents and retain documented information.

o Prepare, review and ensure effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan within the construction team.

o Cary out inspection to ensure that the activity on site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan in accordance with the issued specifications. o Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

o Issue, Approved and maintain records of the status of NCR and SOR. o Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report. o Review and monitor the status of NCR's; raise internal NCR's as appropriate; assist the project team in investigating root cause of NCR's; recommend corrective actions and verify the required actions have been taken.

o Verify that the quality related site activities and materials are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.

o Undertake relevant research in developing, modifying, testing and evaluating materials in accordance with standard test procedures.

o Review and Approve Subcontractor’s Prequalification, Material and Technical Submittals. o Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report. o Monitor compliance of the project with the project specific plans, contract requirements, specifications, drawings, Method Statements, ITP’s and all related documents. o Ensure the establishment of a trained, qualified and competent quality team. o Actively mentor team members, conduct professional development reviews and recommend suitable candidates for promotion.

o Supervise the implementation of technical integrity verification. o Ensure assigned work is managed and delivered to Client satisfaction. o Enhance and demonstrate commitment to raising HSE standards and proposing new initiatives or improvements.
