During this time, our team under my leadership managed a very large R&D budget with great success, doubling the size of the business case. The team also delivered on all important and necessary milestones for an on-time launch while remaining within budgetary requirements. With discipline, successfully developed and presented to the US EPA a compelling case for reduced risk designation for this new active ingredient.
