Projects
Financial Goal Calculator
Developed using Python with metrics defined by the user such as investment principle, goal, and rate, compounded by implementing a recursive algorithm showing each gain made until the goal is reached.
Deep Machine Learning (AI Training) - Natural Language Processing
Defined sentiment analysis to train an artificial intelligence model which determined positive, negative, and neutral emotions from text by removing grammar noise and targeting emotionally rich keywords.
Full-stack Battleship
Designed and implemented game logic for ship placement, hit detection, and win conditions.
Developed user interface using JavaFX to interactively display the game board and receive user input.
Incorporated event handling to manage user actions such as ship placement and firing shots.
Created multiple ship types varying in size and orientations for a dynamic gaming experience.
Conducted thorough testing to ensure robustness including edge cases for ship placement.
Professional Experience
Driver Self-employed July. 2017 – Present
Homed in on delivering a superb customer service experience leaving a lasting impression.
Successfully completed almost 7,000 rides, a perfect 5 Star rating, and rated a top driver by Uber.
Graduate Research Assistant University of North Carolina at Wilmington Sep. 2022 – Jan. 2023
Performed research on a proof-of-space consensus algorithm via blockchain technology.
Utilized disk space by modifying maps and graphs as an energy efficient form of Blockchain.
Continued from a directed independent study launching smart contracts over the Ethereum network.
Designed a website using HTML5 on Wordpress.com to cover my studies of blockchain technology.
