Energy Consultant

Worked with the (then) Bay State Gas program throughout the greater Springfield area.

Preformed site evaluations of commercial / industrial facilities. Analyses included determination of building envelop (roof, wall, floor insulation / glazing -R-values), heating and domestic hot water systems.

I used this information to model the facility using Market Manager, a computer program used by Bay State Gas designed to model energy consumption based on site evaluations and actual energy usage (therms, kwh).

For the measures that passed the benefit cost ratio I would put out to bid to contractors working with the program and then present to the customer.

Once the bids were presented the customer could choose which measure(s) they wanted to have done. RISE inspected and reported all proposals and installations to Bay State Gas. Architecture:
