Provide technical guidance to the Team and support the Project Construction Head. 8. To manage the Safety, Quality, NDT requirements to the best satisfaction standards of the Client & Owner.
9. Giving various Inputs from site to Engineering in planning and cost control aspects during the design phase.

Continuously strive towards achieving zero incident status through elimination of unsafe conditions by carrying out Job Risk Assessment reviews, Hazard identification and their closure/Lead safe engagements with site team members, raising employee awareness, minimization of risk behaviours. Motivate contractors involved through behavioural based HSE initiatives like various programs through PULSE MODULES.
11. Monitoring the working of Emergency resources at regular intervals put in place, to be used, in case, at site.
