Work Experience
Server
Pluckers Wing Bar - Allen, TX
November 2023 to Present
I'm currently a server at Pluckers Wing Bar. Most people know what it means to be a server, but serving at Pluckers is unique. At Pluckers we pride ourselves on not just amazing food but an upbeat, fun and energizing environment. Like a typical server, I take orders and run drinks, but the job is much more than that. I greet every table with a smile, and give my full attention to the details so that my guests are satisfied with every meal. I give more than just friendly chit chat, I make real connections and create loyal customers. Pluckers is a busy restaurant, as a team we serve hundreds of people at a time. It takes a plethora of teamwork, focus, and positivity to help the restaurant run smoothly. Shift Leader
Wendy's - Frisco, TX

I started out as a crew member here and was promoted to a shift leader. As a shift lead my main job was to improve accuracy, cleanliness, customer experience and speed of service for an overall more efficient team.

Additional Information
Hi my name is Allison! I'm a positive individual, eager to learn new things and work hard. I started off as a competitive gymnast and hard-working student. I dedicated 13 years of my life to the sport, all while maintaining my grades, taking classes from Harvard, Yale, UNT, (but mostly Collin College). Sadly, I retired the sport due to an injury, but the dedication and motivation has never left me. I'm excited for all the opportunities that have yet to come, and for all the connections that have yet to be made.
