Collaboration - I always
collaborated with my classmates on
group assignments and learned to
work with them, which was a hard
task on Zoom.
Leadership - When there was an
opportunity for me to lead the NHS
Beautification Project for my school,
I took the opportunity and was the
student in charge of the project. I
researched information about
gardening tools and the prices of
seeds and created a signup sheet for
the students to use.
Organization - As the secretary of
my school's National Honor Society,
I can improve my organizational
skills. I created lists and organized
my notes into a Google doc with
appropriate sections for the
information I received.

this award multiple times while I was
in high school.
