VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Basenji Rescue and Transport (BRAT), October 2003 – 2010–Station Master: Transporting, fostering, and rescuing purebred and basenji mixes from animal shelters and puppy mills. I volunteer approximately 45 hours a month to this organization.
Various Dog Rescues—Transport, foster, and rescue dogs/cats from animal shelters and take them to rescues that have new homes waiting for them. I transport on days off, and help to get the animals to their new homes. Approximately 20 hours a month is spent with this organization.
MS Society, 2000-2003—Participated, as a team captain for 2000 & 2001, in 2002 became the co-chair to organize the walk.
Cloud County Community College, Fall 2000-2003--Transcribe security reports and maintenance database. Also design databases, incident reports, and other new forms as needed. Approx. 10 hours per week
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
4-H County Wide Photography Superintendent/Leader – 2006-2007 - hold monthly meetings with field trips and photo judging.
4-H County Wide Small Pets Leader – 2006-2007 – hold meetings as needed, organize the small pets at the fair, help answer other parents’ questions as they get ready for the fair.
North Central Kansas Saddle Club - Take photos at numerous events for riders to place on website; take photos to be placed in paper. Participate in Rodeo, trail rides and parades.
