• Supervise all architectural, civil, and MEP works in compliance with approved specifications.

• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely work arrangements and project progress.

• Conduct quality inspections on-site to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

• Manage the performance of all site Foremen and support staff in the team.

• Provide construction supervision to ensure quality assurance in accordance with contract documents.

• Advise and assist the contractor on construction procedures.

• Observe safety procedures and issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.

• Liaise with the consultant and design team to achieve high-quality standards.

• Monitor progress, assess standards, review design changes, and advise Project Manager on progress.

• Develop new project proposals, including preparing layouts, developing budget estimates, preparing preliminary and detailed designs, and collating all required information.

• Manage construction projects, including overseeing the development of detailed project drawings, interacting with contractors, administering sub-contracts as required, and exercising overall site control of the project.

• Plan and develop project ideas, prepare estimates and budgets, create accurate project specifications, design engineering experiments, create technical reports for customers, complete regulatory documents concerning safety issues, communicate with clients and coworkers about analysis results, monitor project progress and set deadlines, solve issues that arise, and manage the budget.

• Worked on the New Al-Adan Hospital project valued at 230,000,000 KD, as well as other local projects.

• Received training in Site Analysis, Concept phase, and design phase.

• Submitted application forms, change requests, claims, and performance reports to the engineering department manager for reviewing and evaluating.

• Supervised DE shattering, formwork, scaffolding, shoring, reshoring, and finishing work activities as per contracts documents and applicable codes.

• Supervised initial and final curing materials and method for concrete, concrete repair works

(cosmetic and structural), interior and architecture finishes, infrastructure, roads, and landscape.

• Established reports and followed up on non-conformance activities.

• Enforced relevant safety rules on site and made sure personal protective equipment was worn as and where required by staff under my responsibility.

• Conducted regular inspections and assessed the work performance done by all subcontractors.
