Ensured world class call center satisfaction with first call resolution. Monitored calls and trained employees for “whatever It Takes” customer service techniques. Part of my initiative was setting up at home call center training representatives to manage their time working from home. Later during my employment history with the company, I became Program and Contract Management Director overseeing large accounts such as Bell South, AT&T and Boeing just to name a few.
