• High Voltage Battery Pack commissioning (135kWh) with 10 (9300) NHRs at new facility. Challenges with parts lead time and delivery and installation. Came together with multiple teams to complete Software and Hardware Safety configuration. Battery Pack Station was implemented economically with Safety being paramount while removing additional, redundant parts. BOM and Schematics were created and archived.
• Plan all work scope for the program to completion. This included the SOW, Cost, Scope, and Scheduling of the contractors.
• Break down the Pack station program work scope into pieces and assigned to a team members and control of technical, schedule and cost objectives.
• Monitor the program work scope, schedule, and cost objectives as a performance measurement planned against accomplished and allow the changes to take effect in timely with minimum impact to both schedule time and cost.
• Visit job site and closely monitor and measured performance.
• Analyzed significant changes from the plan, forecast impacts, and prepare an estimated completion based on performance to date and the remaining work to be performed.
• Informed the upper management of any schedule changes and impacts. Ongoing weekly meeting for key stakeholders to report of their progress and issues.
• Module commissioning at new facility. There were few implementation challenges due to new Station I/F design. Worked with ESS team to Configure the Module Station. The Module Station at new facility provides 50% increase in throughput by using half of equipment used at other Facility. BOM and Schematics were created and archived.
• HVDB (High Voltage Distribution Block) commissioning involved creating and documentation of BOM and Schematics by reverse Engineering. Added new tests to complete the High Current Test requirements. This test station will be used at new facility for not only diagnose failures but also check the Functionality and Quality of HVDBs for New Remanufactured Battery Packs. BOM and Schematics were created and archived.

Managed every aspect of quality for devices such as cameras, locks, temperature control, lights, garage door, water leak, formulating action plans to manage quality issues and notify teams of out of conformance samples.

Managed every aspect of quality, implementing internal tracking systems, formulating action plans to manage quality issues and notify teams of out of conformance samples while providing temporary solution and acquiring sign off from Tesla engineers to avoid line down.
