Responsibilities were to make outbound calls to customers and address their concerns. Troubleshoot with them to see if we could resolve the issue without mandating a service center visit. Customer education about their vehicle when needed. When issues could not be resolved I would then create a service request for each issue that needed addressed. Once those were completed open a work order and get the vehicle scheduled for a service appointment. Sometimes this entailed ordering parts as well. My secondary responsibility was to audit customer accounts, create service requests as needed prepare those for work orders and get everything set up for another teammate to call and get the customers issues resolved with a service center visit. I also made a few trips to the manufacturing plant and helped get problematic vehicles repaired and ready for final approval for production and delivery to customers . On this assignment I assembled a team of 17-20 mechanics and created 12 flat bays for repair work allowing for 10-20 vehicles per night to be brought in repaired and sent back to production for final approvals for delivery to customers.
