●Responsible for the implementation of required procedure to maintain quality and execution of the project.
●To maintain all records of project.
●Check & forwards all reports like daily progress report, weekly progress report, monthly progress reports, material statements, safety analysis etc.
●Material-verification of PR/GRN. Control issue & receipt of materials, wastage control of site as well store.
●Responsible for billing activity including approvals of bills.
●Follow all statutory regulations, timely renewal of wcp. Labor license etc.
●Day to day planning of site activity with respect to master schedule.
●Attend all progress review meeting at site co-ordination with consultant/architect/client etc
