Collaborate with Human Resources, on health insurance, account codes, assist athletic staff and students on policies and procedures on tax, retirement, email and payroll on all required documentation.

•Creator of Business Cards for department employees.

•Project coordinator for the Student Athlete Handbook: collaborate with staff; team schedules, letter from the vice chancellor, updated staff listing and the policies and procedures for the University and NCAA Regulations, proofed, edited and sent to the publisher for printing.

•Coordinate hotel and restaurant reservations for teams, coaches and recruits.

•Coordinate sick and vacation time for Intercollegiate Athletics Staff and prepare timesheet.

2/2013 Managed Fundraiser for the Hall of Fame Interactive Display

2019, 2018, 2015 - As a committee member for the Catholic Charities of Boston Laboure Center Christmas House Tour, I helped raise a profit of over $100,000 for this fundraising project. As one of the largest providers of social services in Massachusetts, Catholic Charities of Boston offers nearly 90 programs and services in 27 locations around Eastern Massachusetts. From Lawrence to Brockton and Natick to Boston, our service sites throughout Eastern Massachusetts helped 200,475 of our neediest neighbors of all faiths last year. The Laboure Center offers child care, counseling, community interpreter services, elder services, family support, mentoring and tutoring, nurse assistant training, post adoption search and teen center.
