• Screened applicants for referral to hiring managers for review and consideration.

• Scheduled face to face or Teams interviews for candidates identified and requested by hiring managers.

• Extended offers of employment to selected candidates.

• Shared hospital’s benefits and emailed information to the candidate per request.

• Once the candidate accepted the offer of employment, scheduled an appointment with the Occupational Health Department who administered new hire procedures i.e., drug screening as well as TB tests and other tests required for position.

• Entered candidate’s information i.e., demographics into applicant tracking system which generated an offer letter for signature by the candidate.

• Once the candidate signed the offer letter, the signed information was electronically sent to the on-boarding team for processing paperwork.

Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) 03/2020; 11/2020 – 12/2020 Staff Recruiter (Contract-Health Trust Workforce Solutions, LLC) Full desk recruitment of nursing, administrative, and allied staff for the placement within the Gulf Coast Region, which included San Antonio and Houston, Texas. Disciplines were Registered Nurses and LVNs which included Medical Surgical, ICU, Telemetry, and Oncology.
