Maintenance of DG Set.

PPM on VCB, ACB, MCB and MCCB.

Maintenance of lighting and powers distribution board.

Maintenance of panel board and UPS.

Maintenance of floor lighting.

Procurements of the electrical, plumbing & carpentry material for the maintenance.

Preparing Weekly & monthly report, Monthly Review, Provision & Expense,MIS,MMR.

Operation and Maintenance of chiller plants, plumbing system and fire fighting.

Security

Briefing security, Attendance, location which security to be mainted. To educate

guards to tackle fire fighting and any other instances.

Housekeeping

Maintains cleanliness throughout the premises. Briefing housekeeping staff. Attendance of staff

requirement of staff for any other purpose, such as shifting of material, decoration & washroom

cleaning.

Transport

Supervising & helping transport department for any issues regarding pickup & drops. Adhoc

pickup, clubbing, bills ect. Are also managed.

In absence of accountant cash handling, vendor bills collection, forwading them to finance

department, collecting cheques on behalf of all vendors & distribute.

Cafeteria

Cleanliness, Hygienic, Food availability, stranded of food, drinking water, free facilities like Tea,

coffee, soup availability. New vendor introduction. Verifying documents of new vendor.

Vendor dress code, cleanliness. Collecting coupons and counting, collecting bills.

Pantry & Toiletries & Medicine

Maintaining stock of pantry & toiletry material. Introducing and negotiating with the new

vendors Procurements of the medicines every month. In case of emergency, taking employee to the

hospital. Availability of doctor.
