Objective:

The objective of this assignment is an opportunity for you to reflect on the knowledge and information gained throughout the course. You will submit 250-350 words report in the form of a reflection covering the key points below. Please remember that it is a reflection assignment, not questions-answers submission.

1.)After attending the course, what general perceptions of you have/have been changed about HR role in any business specifically in context of HR planning.

2.)Mention any 2 forecasting models for demand and 2 forecasting models for supply you found interesting. Also explain why you feel these models are better than others.

3.)Do you think the newer tools like AI and ChatGPT will replace the need for manual forecasting. If yes, does it mean we will no longer need humans in the forecasting process. Explain why? If no, explain why AI is not capable of handling the forecasting and manpower planning
