Exclusive private school with one campus in West Palm Beach and another on Palm Beach Island, serving grades 1 through 8. Food was prepared in one facility and then taken to the other campus. Being a supervisor, I was in charge of seeing that all foods were safely transported to the West Palm campus and then feeding the 350 students. Once competed then everything had to transported back to the Palm Beach campus cleaned and stored properly.
