As director of Educational Support Services, oversee school counseling program. Collaborate with school milieu to assist students with behavioral and social skills development. Articulate DSM modules to develop and implement student behavioral plans. Developed “Star Program” (half-day token economy system used to supplement weekly school wide honors program for K-5 students) and “Jar program” (full-day positive behavioral support program used to supplement weekly school wide honors program for 6-12 students) for recidivists of negative behavior, which successfully reduced recidivism in students unresponsive to school wide program.
