1.Teamwork is when the whole team helps to get a specific task done. This helps get things done faster in some cases and allows you to get a different perspective on problem solving.

2.Communication skills is being able to express yourself clearly and efficiently with each customer. Being able to communicate effectively with customers gives them confidents in you and the service your company is providing, and helps cut down on future issues

3.Empathy is understanding and sharing the feelings of customers and helps build trust. It is important for the customer to feel heard and valid in their request.

4.Patients is continuing to stay calm and be present with the customer even when they may be frustrated or undecided. Being able to work with them when they are having a hard time also builds trust and quality and reputation of company.

5.Problem-Solving Skills is identifying problems and being able to find solutions given the resources and knowledge you have available, this is important because customers will have different issues daily and depending on how you address them could be a deciding factor in their continued business with us.

6.Product Knowledge is having detailed knowledge on the products your company is selling or service the company is providing. This helps assist customers on what chose is better for them and gives them confidence in you and the company

7.Adaptability is assisting each customer based on their individual needs. Being able to adapt keeps you on your toes ready to learn and grow with the company and different issues customers may have.

8.Positive Attitude means to be friendly and kind. This creates a pleasant experience for the customer and not only gives them a reason to come back prevents some unnecessary conflict.

9.Time Management is prioritizing your task to make sure everything gets done promptly and efficiently. Time management insures the employer stays on task which allows each customer to receive the best customer service.

10.Attention to Detail means looking closely to each task which makes sure the customer is getting the best help and it avoids mistakes

My typing speed is between 45 to 50 words per minute. Yes I am familiar with micro soft excel

I received my high school diploma in 2001

(4) What do you understand by ''privacy, code of conduct and petty cash'' ?

I understand that privacy code of conduct protects customer information and rights. Petty cash is usually a small amount of cash kept on site of company for purchase of small items.

How would you describe your work ethics

When faced with conflict I remain calm and have patients understanding that their frustration usually comes from a misunderstanding, I try to resolve the issue quickly and offer an apology for the customers inconvenience and make sure they leave with a better understanding of the situation. My work ethics is efficient and determined to get better daily.
