SUMMARY

During almost 37 years I have been working with different responsibilities and countries from road construction and civil works, till Managing directors in the last years.

I have been working in countries like Ghana where I worked as Special Adviser in Construction for Mr President J.J. Rauiling through Frandesco West Africa Ltd. In Nigeria as Chief Engineer for Rhas Nigeria Ltd and in South Sudan as a Head of Engineering Department in the Group Falcon’s Construction Company. In 2012 till now I have been working with ECP contractors Nigeria Ltd as its Managing Director.

Among the main projects executed in Ghana are road construction and Rebuilding of Soft Drink Factories, plus different Residencies for Ministers. In Nigeria I worked at Secretariat building in Owerri, Imo State as well as Imo International Market both as Project Manager. In South Sudan I worked in Militaries Project like Training Center for the Army as well as Training Center for Police Force and Special Army for Mr. President in Owini Kabul and Juba respectively, Special warehouse for food stock for the country with dimension of 30 m width x 50 m length using American technology.

I have vast experience in Management so I can work in any branch of the construction

I have the ability to work as Managing Director, Vice President, Project Director, Site Engineer, Project Manager, Deputy Director, Supplier Manager, both in Building and Road Construction; for more than 5 years I was technical director in a government road construction and maintenance company. I have the enough ability or skill in computer works to making possible to control Time Schedule of the Projects, Cash Flow of several Projects, and Quality Control of each Project.

I was working as Head of engineering department at Falcon’s Construction Company with base in Dubai and South Sudan.

Actually I have been working with my own company ECP Contractors Nigeria Ltd, with base in Nigeria as well as Project Director in Offshore Capital a financing company in charge for bringing and operate offshore capitals for different type of Projects.

Since 2013-2015 I have been working in my own company in Havana in biogas production as well as small cement factory built by our own technology, using vertical shaft kiln (VSK).

2012-2015

I have been developing in my own private company, the technology to produce Portland cement in small quantities using as raw materials different residues of the industry, like CaCo3 from marble cutting areas, ash from sugar cane industry, scoria from steel industry etc. Also the production of biogas from aquatic crops to generate electric power.

July 2010-April 2011

Head of Engineering Group of Falcons Construction Company in South Sudan for technical development. Under this organization I was in charge of the Construction of Training Center for the Cadet for the Army at Owini Kabul, Presidential Guarding Training Center, 5 Warehouses using K-Span American technologic where you can use huge distance between walls up to 30 m, Construction of residential of high value. Also I introduced together with Senior QS Ayozie Bruno from Nigeria, in the new country South Sudan, the use of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) which after a complete market survey, we were capable to create the bases for the prices which the country (the government ) can use for its construction projects.

June 2009- August 2007

Chief engineer of Rhas Nigeria Ltd, in charge of the construction of 2000 low cost houses with the whole infrastructures, more than 60 km of rural road that includes concrete “U” drainage in both side of the road.

Project Manager in Imo State, Nigeria in the following projects:

1.Orlu International Market: The construction of 135 buildings, 20 stalls each, plus 16 ancillary buildings (Warehouse, Nitel and Nipost buildings, Cold Room, Abattoir, Fire Service Station, Toilets, Bank building, Police Office etc), plus internal road with U drain solution.

2.Okigwe Road Project: Management for production and erection of 8 kms of Prefab Kerbs in the Central Island along the road.

3.Secretariat Complex Project: Management for termination of 4 floors Building for Government Offices in one of the side of the main building.

4.Nekede Project: Management of the construction of 8.4 km of drain and culverts.

5.M’Besi Project: Management of finishing of Residence of one quarter million dollar.

6.Construction of 2 blocks buildings in N Zuka University. As main supervisor for a construction company.

December 2002- March 2001

Adviser in Construction Business procurements in Africa, Middle East Department in UNECA S.A Cuba (a construction company that use to build in oversea). During this period, I participate in the activities as follow:

1.Constitution of Joint Venture between UNECA S.A and Namibian Construction Company in which I was proposed as Manager Director.

2.Participation in Tenders of different projects, like the construction of 14 kms of concrete channel in a big dam located in the border between Namibia and Angola along the main river with the same name.

3.Participation in reconstruction of several schools as well as the reconstruction of Computer City University at Havana, Cuba.

4.Negotiation between UNECA S.A with Turkey, Algeria, Yemen, Libya, South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia companies, respectively together with Government of these countries for development of the real estate construction etc.

5.In Yemen we prepared a Tender for the Orthopedic Hospital with the modality of turnkey project.

6.In Libya we participated in the Tender with a French company for the construction of the channel to bring the water from the main river to Tripoli Capital.

7.In South Africa we prepared a team of Architects and Engineers to put in practices the massive plan for construction of low cost houses.

February 2001-April 1998

Worked at ACINOX INGENIERIA S.A, on engineering company that offers engineering service to all branches of Steel Industry in Cuba. During this stage I worked as Project Manager in the project as follow:

1.Investment of Thermo-Energetic System Complex in order to increase the efficiency in the biggest Stainless Steel Factory in Cuba, the project was estimated on 4 million dollars. The investment consisted as follow:

Management for the Construction of a Concrete Reservoir (3.5m high, 11.50 m wide, 58 m of length)., to collect 756 m3 of contaminate water, ensemble of automatic running bridge in top of the reservoir to collect and package the waste water with mud from dirty cycle to keep clean the water that will cool it for the process.

Installation of Filter-Compact Machine to compact and parking out the waste materials to be transferred out of the factory.

Ensemble of the Steel Pipes System along the Reservoir.

Installation of Water Treatment Plant of 40 l/sec.

Built of a million m3 Micro Dam to supply the water to the W.T.P

Installation of a Cooling Towel System to cool the water in the process.

Together with the services to this industry, we offered our service also to other industries in our area. In this case we carry out the complete project (Turn Key) of:

2500 m2 of two floors building as a Supermarket using a New Constructive System named PLYCEM, self-supported.

Warehouse Complex for general goods, including the internal roads.

Construction of a Supermarket using another Constructive System named Panel System self-supporting in two level floors.

Project Management of group of supplies with the modality of Technical Sales to the following: International Financial Bank Offices; Central Warehouse of Cimex corporate, University Lab, Agriculture Sanitation etc.

2.Construction and ensemble of air conditioning system of cabinet

For automation of Stainless Steel factory together with Air-Tecnia a Mexican company expert in this theme.

March 1998- September 1997

Working in the Renovation of the Symbol of the Hotels in Havana the 5 Star Riviera Hotel, with 325 rooms, plus others hotels facilities. During this period, I start as Site Engineer and in 3 months of performance I d got the position as Deputy Project Manager in the same hotel.

August 1997 - June 1993

I start to work in Republic of Ghana as Project Manager in one of the bigger Construction Company in that country named Frandesco West Africa Limited. During three year I worked in the following Projects:

1.Construction of the 20 bungalows in Goi Beach Tourism Resort.

2.Construction of 15 Kms of Urban Roads in Accra, Capital of the country.

3.Construction of small harbors with summer hut in the Volta River for parking privet Yatch.

4.Adviser for the chairman of the company for the construction of the 2 mansion valued in more than one million dollars with the modality of Turn Key.

5.Renovation of the soft drink factory Sweeps with the ensembles of new machines. This investment included a reservoir of 300 m3 of water used in the processing of soft drink.

May 1993 – June 1991

Working in the construction of different Tourism Resort as Foreman, Site Engineers & Deputy Director in the following project:

1.Reconstruction of 250 rooms 4 Star Copacabana Hotel, with 2 swimming pools, snack bar, Disco bar, 2 restaurants, etc.

2.Reconstruction of Marina Hemingway Hotel consisted in 12 Nr double flats bungalow.

3.Reconstruction of the 100 Nr five star Chalets in Tarara Tourism Resort.

4.Construction of yachting marina Tarara Tourist Resort, in the same complex.

5.Construction of two big restaurants for complex.

June 1991- September 1983

Working as Deputy Director in a Government Construction Company for Maintenances and Buildings Roads. During this period, I worked in the following activities:

Planning and developing the Government building as Schools, Hospitals, Brewery, Bakery, Housing etc.

Execution of these installations.

Implanting the Quality Control System on these projects.

Establishment of the first Roads Construction and Maintenance Company in the Region.

Instauration and control of the Real Estate from Government.

Execution of hundreds special houses for the Doctor, and Nursery Family.
