Sr. Administrative Specialist/Site Time Administrator

Administer the USW (United Steel Workers) Local 4-1 Union Contract, Letter of Agreement, Policy and Procedures as related to payroll, overtime standings, attendance and scheduling of all Crafts Mechanics and Technical Specialists in the Maintenance Department.

Overseer and process payroll/reports for ten (10) Dow sites.

Prepares day workers and shift workers hourly wages for payment and submit to payroll electronically in the time system for processing.

Reconciles and make necessary adjustments to wages.

Performs the function of scheduling for holdovers, weekends, shutdowns, round the clock coverage, special assignments, and holidays by posting and awarding work according to the work rules.

Performs daily call outs as needed to shift workers for assisting with additional workloads.

Administers and maintains database for overtime scheduling.

Prepares database for weekly overtime standings list.

Input daily work orders from hourly mechanics timecards in SAP.

Maintain and monitor vacation schedules for hourly mechanics.

Administer attendance policy.

Maintenance of all records related to all hourly mechanics.

Maintains and orders all office, copier, and fax supplies.

Preforms clerical/administrative duties as signed by Supervisor.
