EXPERIENCE:

11-22 to 3-23 Loreal North America Desktop Support

Primary responsibilities were to verify PCs eligible for refresh by verifying

assets in SNOW to insure the machine serial number matches and asset is

actually in use. If so I mass emailed the users in that location our intention to

refresh them. Once users replied I created tickets for the local techs to preform

the needed work. I followed the same process for California users and configured

some of the machines and used a zero touch deployment for some

Primary responsibilities Onboarding new hires, configuring Loaner Laptops

and processing older assets for Ewaste, PC hardware breakfix. I also do some

light Active Directory administration including adding users to outlook

Distribution groups, Security groups and verifying that users are in the core

groups as a final verification of user account creation

11-19 to 10-20 Kite Pharma Desktop Support

As a member of the Migration team I sat in the war room and assisted users in

migrating to new domain via face to face, remote and Zoom meeting.

We would work on issues pertaining to corrupt loca profiles, RSA token and

outlook licensing.

8-19 to 11-19 Southern California University Desktop Support

Primary responsibility is assisting students on school based apps. I also support

secure printing and wyse terminals. Some active directory support verifying

group membership and support of the AV systems in the lecture rooms

3-18 to 4-19 OMCPaige\Desktop Support

As a member of Paige Site Support team I support multiple agencies on various

Networks in the same building. This includes verifying LAN port is patched into

the correct network based on the IP address received and patching when

necessary. General Office 365 troubleshooting and windows 7-10 local profile

problem resolution. Our team also configures the Cisco desk phones and Voice

Mail using Cisco call manager and unity web interface.

2-17 to 9-17 Estee Lauder Companies\ Desktop Support

As a member of the Field services team I was the primary I.T contact for multiple

brands in a combination of PCs and Macs. Using Service Now I would respond to

tickets regarding outlook 2013 and 2016 connectivity. I would use SCCM or

Absoulte Manage to push software to PCs or Macs.

11-15 to 3-16 NBCUniversal\ Desktop Support

As a member of the client services team I worked on the Airwatch

and secure printing projects. My daily activities were insuring network access to

Mac osX and windows 7 clients. Outlook troubleshooting on PC and Macs adding

users to needed Active Directory groups and general account management. Other

responsibilities are general break fix on PCs and Mac computers iOS and Android

devices.

3-14 to 03-15 NBCUniversal\ Desktop Spport

As a member of the client services team I worked on the domain migration project.

This included migrating the PC and current user profile to a new domain and

verifying network resources. I also worked on a project to move iOS devices to a

managed mail platform. My daily activities are insuring network access to Mac OS

10x and windows 7 clients, adding users to needed Active Directory groups and

general account management. Other responsibilities are general break fix on PCs

and Mac computers iOS and Android devices.

10-14 to 3-14 Warner Music Group\ Desktop Support

Using Remedy ticketing system I respond to tickets in reference to configuring

PCs for new hires. This includes communicating with the hiring manager to

determine what is needed in reference to hardware and software needs. Activating

smart devices and configuring for either Active-sync or BES 10 enterprise. If

needed I create the account or reset BES passwords. Other responsibilities are

User account administration in Active directory administration in a windows 7

32bit environment

1-07 to 8-13 Universal Music Group\Desktop Support

Working with the onsite I.T. staff we converted all blackberries and iPhones

to the UMG BES and or VPN tokens and RSA apps. Imaged and configured

PC’s and Macs for Capitol employees to UMGs standards. I also would

rotate back to the Santa Monica desktop team as needed.

As Technical project lead my responsibilities included verifying current programs

were compatible with Mac OS 10.7.2 / Windows 7 64bit if not work with the I.T

director on the current version of the needed program or test alternatives. I also

was part of daily conference calls when major issues arose and verified

resolution of said issues. If needed other groups would get involved and we would

the issue as a team. Lastly I would process end of life equipment for disposal

Using Remedy ticketing system I handled cases involving Blackberry

IPhone, IPad, Apple computers, HP computers and printers. Issues would

include contacts not syncing on Blackberry, Entourage not receiving e-mail, PC

virus removal or VPN connection problems. We also configured PCs and Macs

for deployment. I also was the administrator of a web based telephone

messaging application

6-05 to 1-07 NYK Logistics (Americas) Long Beach, CA

Respond to issues referring to network & printer connection. Creating user

Accounts, PC accounts and printers in Active Directory. Also configured

Wireless handheld devices to multiple networks. Responded to hardware berak

fix on Zebra printers, HP printers and HP desktops. Configured ODBC settings

for usage with UNIX servers as well as client configuration for connection to the

AS400. Preformed backups and file restorations and created the Standard image

to be used for all desktops
