Managed a large Healthcare Program Development w/multiple 9 individuals to custom develop a 7-figure software development product to support the 340b offerings to hospitals, medical centers, and doctors on an Enterprise level. Managed an overall team consisting of 23 individuals to execute time sensitive facility updates and infrastructure decommission within 532 store locations, costing upwards of $7.3M. Would have resulted in losses exceeding $1M daily if not completed on schedule. Reported directly to the CTO & CIO with updates and status. Objective was to replace 2,300+ payment devices in over 530 US stores. Finished 1 month ahead of schedule and under budget by ~$780K. Phased go-live for all stores and phased decommissioning of all POS systems and devices. Utilized Kanban for Standups and reports to management, including Burndown and Velocity reports, utilizing Jira/Confluence.

Implemented Raindrop for procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Leveraged Raindrop's features to streamline supplier management, automate purchase order generation, and optimize inventory levels. Resulted in improved supply chain transparency and cost savings for EZCorp and it’s 1400 stores, worldwide.

Managed development of complex dashboards via SAP Business Objects BI tool by our development team, by creating requirements and mockups for the dashboard. Interviewed CMO, COO and CEO to determine reporting needs and provide interactive dashboards, with levers to hypothetically forecast budget needs for following year and years.

Fully managed an Enterprise based cross functional team to design and implement an eCommerce solution for B2B sales using Storefront Reference Architecture (better known as SFRA. With 60% of shopping activities done on a mobile device, SFRA was chosen for the B2B Shopping solution. Partnered with Royal Cyber for UX support and OOTB design solutions. Custom mobile UX were completed in roughly half the time if we had used BigCommerce or Shopify.

Ensured Cyber Security efforts were adhered an Apple iOS Lana. The purpose of the app was to allow customers to make payments towards their loans and extend their roles; this eliminated them from going into the stores to manage these transactions. The firm saved roughly $525K vs other cloud computing services. Successfully built, tested, and deployed a complex SaaS application to support the Lana project. Managed deployment of said app, allowing customers to submit loan payments and extend loans by means of a mobile device verses an instore physical visit. This helped increase payments by over 32%, adding $2.1M in the 1st quarter alone. Lana app was completed on time.

Managed a global team of 13 staff members to develop and launch industry first mobile Apple iOS app pawn/loan app (Lana). Utilized Jira/Confluence to support and manage the effort, using the Scrum framework.

Single handedly managed one of EZCorp’s most expensive ($7.3M) IT initiatives on time and under budget
