Review work orders and schematics to ensure work is performed according to specifications.

Notify supervisors or other personnel of production problems.

Assisted in training of new employees when needed.

Inspection i.e.: QA, QC

Performed quality assurance of products, materials, and equipment.

Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

Customer Service

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Obtained and examined all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase utility bills.
