Eight existing word documents were translated into infopath (w/ content types and lists/libraries) and business processes were examined, flow charts created and workflows for the Project management template were developed, tested, trouble-shooted and implemented for HR and Finance. A PM site application was developed for project managers to create their own sites (w/ SAP integration) and manage documents with metadata, deliverables and resources. Managed offshore resources (Bulgaria) for development for infopath for Microsoft within the project management application as well as managing data governance and its processes. An adoption plan was put in place to endure the engineers are using the new applications. Public Health Ontario, a government agency for disease prevention and control, requested a resource for administration/architecture/development of Sharepoint 2010 Enterprise farm, troubleshooting performance and application issues, development of workflows, infopath forms, libraries and lists, layouts, masterpages, web, record and document management w/ metadata and custom development. Some development was done by offshore resources (India) which needed to be managed, code and work was reviewed, implemented and deployed.
