Objective
To obtain a position that will allow me to maximize my management and leadership skills.

I have 20 years of management experience. I have had success not only in management rolls but also in founding my own companies that are thriving. Pioneer/Monroe Regional Hospital has allowed me the privilege of setting up departments in their hospitals that initially did not have Respiratory Departments. I have also set-up and established the VIP (Ventilator Independence Program), and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program while serving as director of Respiratory Care.
