This was designed for Home Mortgage and it was an internal application used by Originators, Underwriters and Reviewers who will allow 3 trial payments to be paid by consumers for the unpaid loan within 3 months till the end of maturity.

Involved in testing Servicing loan decisioning (SLoaD) and Home Preservation application (HPA) with the objective to help customers whose loans are in default to provide affordable modified work out options.

Responsible for reserving FNMA and FHA Loans in Share point by following specific conditions like, principal balance greater than or equal to $50 K and loan should be between 4 to 8 months delinquent.

Involved in testing FNMA and FHA loans in SLoaD workout review screen by providing loan modification programs to the customers.

Performed testing in Mainframe by validating preconditions and manipulating same preconditions with different test data like gross income of customer should be greater than 31% by reducing borrower’s expense.
