I see myself as a suitable candidate as an Infrastructure Digital Transformation Consultant, due to my work with GIS software tools for the development of Fiber Optic Networks in London. I recently concluded a contract as a GIS Engineer, working on the design of a Fibre Optic Network in the United Kingdom where I have been designing aerial and underground transportation routes for a fiber optic network in the cities of Hull and Scunthorpe, England. Secondly, I am on course for becoming licensed as a drone pilot, and the company which I am co- founder does digital photogrammetry for residential and commercial sites in Trinidad and Tobago. I also possess over twenty-five years of extensive experience in the real estate sphere with both private and governmental experience giving me the ability to be an invaluable asset to your organization. The experience together with academic accreditation is detailed in my CV attached. Having worked with the Petrotrin Lands Department, under the subsidiary company, Palo Seco Agricultural Enterprises Ltd., which was tasked with the management of the Land assets for industrial, residential, and agricultural uses, by way of lease and Tenancy arrangements. I had the task of reviewing and recommending individuals for leases and ensuring that the lessees upheld the covenants.

I’ve also worked with eTeck as a Property Officer and while at Lands and Surveys Division I was the Inspector of State Lands, responsible for the execution of State leases and advice on lease rents for industrial, commercial, and residential properties owned by the State. These Leases were administered by the Chief State Solicitors Office and guided by the Town and Country Planning Act and The Municipal Corporation guidelines for the use of lands and property for Industrial, agricultural, and residential uses. For which I was tasked to manage the lease covenants. Having worked with the Land Settlement Agency, I was able to be part of a team that was tasked with the development of squatter sites and new residential communities following the country’s planning laws.

In recent years, I have been the owner of a Real Estate Company that markets and advises on valuation prices of residential properties for sale and rent. Production of residential house plans for the building of new single-family residences, in both north and south Trinidad. My above work has allowed me to be familiarised with sections of the following Acts relating to property development in Trinidad and Tobago,

1. The Town and Country Planning Act (No. 29 of 1960) 2. State Land (Regularisation of Tenure) Act (No. 25 of 1998) and 3. The Municipal Corporations Act (No. 13 of 2013) Considering the above work experience and academic qualifications, I see myself as an acceptable candidate for the Infrastructure Digital Transformation Consultant role.
