Managed and handled all administrative & sales duties of a fast paced Custom AFO (Ankle/Foot Orthotic)

Lab that manufactured Custom Lower extremity devices for physician’s practices all across the country.

PCL’s proprietary processes produced the most state of the art custom ankle-ortho devices ever made.

12/03 T0 1/05: CAD-CNC Engineer / Custom Ankle Foot Orthotics Division – Seattle Systems/TruLife Int. Poulsbo, WA.

As a CAD-CNC Engineer, Invented a process to produce Custom AFO lasts (ankle/foot models) by scanning

a sock-casting into a computer program, augmenting said digital information and then sending it to a CNC

carver to produce a model from high density foam that the plastic was then custom formed to, making

the brace. The system & my methods were the first of their kind worldwide for Custom AFO production.
