Monitoring and managing the WMS system Task. Doing a history or enquiry on a specific pallet ID without slowing down the menus. Undertake all duties and tasks as reasonably instructed across all spectrums of the operation from the Supervisor. Ensure all required shift reports are submitted to all relevant role players at the end of the shift. Changing of attributes for locations. Updating the stock content Master sheet. Warehouse Administrator and Transport Operator

I was working as Warehouse Administrator and Transport Operator to ensure the daily update of all dispatch related reports are completed and submitted on time. Create shipments on SAP for all Key Accounts, Local and Export STO's received for picking. Administrate each and every load. Ensure that the load instructions and STO's are correct. Ensure Trucks depart on time as scheduled by overseeing the loading team in a process of loading stock in the truck, request truck information for loading from transport department. Ensure that picked quantity and the original STO quantity correspond to one another. Ensure departure schedule is updated and sent to Risk and Security on time with the correct details.
